A fruitful long term plan

The Prep School had the pleasure of planting fruit trees, granted by the Tree Council, only months after planting saplings provided by the Woodland Trust.
These latest fruit trees will provide a wonderful long term science project, including studying plant lifecycles and pollination, plus opportunities for the children to get their hands dirty planting and learning how to maintain them.
These trees will be at the Prep School long after those who planted them, providing for pupils in the Langley family for years to come. Who knows, their fruit may even end up in the crumbles, pies and fruit bowls put on the dining tables!
