Quiz Club’s General Knowledge heats

Four of our Year 5 pupils took part in a national heat of Quiz Club’s General Knowledge championship. Working as a team, through a Zoom call and online buzzer system, Thomas Z-N, Leah C, Amy T and Zain F worked fantastically well to finish joint 6th of 48 teams. With five 100-point questions remaining we were around halfway but we got all five correct to swiftly move through the field. Mr Crossley joined us for the finale, and he was very impressed with the team’s performance…!

We await news as to whether this is good enough to take part in the national finals. Well done to all four children.
