Role Details: Due to expanding numbers in our Bluebell Nursery, we are looking for additional staff to join our existing team. Through this advert, we are accepting both full time and part time applications.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and inspirational Nursery Practitioner to join Bluebell Nursery. There is a real sense of forward momentum and energy about Langley and we are looking for teachers who can set high standards and role model the values of the school, whilst preparing our young people for an ever changing world.

The below list of responsibilities is not an exhaustive list, please see the job description attached for more information:

General responsibilities:

  • To effectively deliver the Early Years curriculum ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting are met (in conjunction with other team members)
  • Keep records of your key children’s’ development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers and other key adults in the child’s life
  • Support all staff and be an effective and collaborative team member
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs
  • To ensure the provision of a high quality environment to meet the needs of individual children having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures and medical histories
  • To advise Nursery Manager of any concerns e.g. over children, parents, the safety of the environment, preserving confidentiality as necessary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic staff member who is passionate about working with young children, committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong organizational, record-keeping, and planning skills, excellent communication abilities, and be reliable and trustworthy.
