Fabulous Forest School learning

Our Year 4 Prep pupils had such fun this week during their Forest School lesson. They learnt about cuckoos, including the sounds they make and the type of eggs they lay.

Elsie W (Hawks, Year 4) said her favourite thing about Forest School is ‘hearing the birds sing.’

In the session the children then split into groups to play on the tyre swing, the rope ladders and within the carpet of bluebells in our wonderful woodlands. Resident wellbeing dog Honey was also with the pupils as they explored the outdoors!
