Langley students to study Medicine

Three top students secure coveted places to read Medicine at university in September 2021.

Zia (Beauchamp, Upper Sixth)
Since joining Langley in Year 9, Zia has been a mainstay of Sports teams; participated in Debates and Public Speaking events, been a linchpin of the Music Department, including performances and Soirees, and has been a key part of the Prefecting team this year. Zia has been offered a place to study Medicine at the American University of Medicine, Antigua.

Rohan (St Giles, Upper Sixth)
Joining Langley at the beginning of Year 11 is no mean feat but Rohan still managed to secure a string of 9s at GCSE. Since then he has gained an A grade at Physics A-Level and currently has two offers (Nottingham and Newcastle), and two to come, to read Medicine in September. He can be regularly seen around Sixth Form at a Chess board and is a mean pianist.

Eddie (St Giles, Upper Sixth)
Our longest serving of the trio, Eddie joined Langley in 2007 and has been with us since Reception. Eddie performed brilliantly at GCSE, as well as gaining an A grade in Physics a year early. He captained the Langley Golf team and has consistently been involved in Cricket throughout his time at school and will be sorely missed by the team. Eddie has an offer to read Medicine at UEA and will undoubtedly be spotted around Norwich for a few more years to come!
