Year 3s meet their Year 8 mentors

Year 3 had lots of fun when they met their Year 8 Mentors last week. They played games, chatted about their summer holidays and spent time together in the school grounds. It was lovely to see the Year 8s looking after and guiding the Year 3s, who were very excited to meet their older friends. The mentorship is a fantastic programme that offers responsibility and leadership opportunities for our older pupils, as well as a chance for our younger ones to establish relationships and learn from their peers. There are many more opportunities planned throughout the year for the two Year groups to meet and have lots of fun together.
