Nine-medal haul for star swimmer

Lazaros (Beauchamp, Year 8) competed in the City of Norwich Swimming Club November short course open meet on 27th and 28th November, along with more than 400 swimmers representing 12 clubs from Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

Lazaros took part in 11 events, winning an incredible nine medals (two gold, six silver, one bronze) and he also improved his personal best times in all 11 events. He was very happy to compete again after a long period of time due to COVID-19. Huge congratulations to Lazaros on such a collection of medals during a single weekend!
