A snapshot of Photography A Level

At Photography A Level, students are working towards completing their projects and final deadlines, using the time and resources as well as they can this term. Student destinations for life after Langley include studying Criminology, Law, and Interior Design. Before then, take a look at some of the fantastic pieces they’ve been working on.

Harriet is exploring concepts of time, growth and how chemistry based processes, such as tears, can be explored and represented visually, her work connecting to change and renewal

Peppa is exploring the connection between nature and wellbeing, using both digital and alternative processes.

Scarlett Lee is exploring editorial and fashion photography, looking at flat lay and the work of famous fashion based photographers such as Tim Walker who use narrative and creativity in their work.

Sydney is exploring identity and relationships, specifically how to represent people with their cooperation and engagement,  rather than just taking a portrait. She is also using analogue film photography to do this.
