Our Sixth Form have been challenged to complete 5k on Monday 5th April. They can walk it, jog it, run it or a combination of all three! The aim is to encourage everyone to engage with regular, consistent exercise by following either a Couch to 5k training programme (aimed at beginners) or by working towards achieving a 5k personal best time if they are already regular runners. We hope that the additional fresh air, Vitamin D exposure and exercise-related release of endorphins will boost well-being.
