House Spelling Bee Competition 2022

Our annual Spelling Bee Competition was another great success, and this year the competition was run as a House event. The children thoroughly enjoyed having the chance to represent their House on such a competitive occasion, and they were very excited to compete!

One child from each year group and each House was chosen to perform in front of the school to compete for the House Spelling Bee trophy. All the children in the Prep School were involved in supporting their House in the final, and some questions encouraged the audience to participate, ensuring everyone was involved.  

It was a very tough competition, and all our contestants performed brilliantly. The staff were very impressed with the standard of spelling, with some challenging words correctly being spelt. Well done to all the participants, and a special congratulations to the winning Houses who were awarded certificates and a Spelling Bee trophy.
