Strangers Hall visited by Year 2

Year 2 had a wonderful experience at Strangers Hall in Norwich this week. They were treated to a tour of the old building and various activities gave them an insight into life in the seventeenth century.

A drama session acting out the Great Fire of London was a highlight of the morning, as was experiencing one of the darker rooms in candlelight. The realisation of what electricity has given our world made them feel very grateful to be living in today’s age. A great time was had by all.
