Society of Heads Cup Final win for U18 Football squad

Congratulations to our U18 Football team for their emphatic 7-3 victory against Cokethorpe in the Society of Heads Cup Final, hosted at Loughborough University on Wednesday! Goal scorers were Roberto, Zaedyn, Xander, Gianni (3) and Fin.

Head of Football, Ali Colman said:

Well done to the U18 squad for all their hard work and dedication in winning the Society of Heads Cup. Every player in the group has contributed to this success, playing some fantastic football along the way and scoring plenty of goals.

Out of the 14 player squad that went to the final, 12 are Langley Football Academy players. They benefit from additional weekly training sessions and receive expert strength and conditioning coaching, nutritional advice and post-game analysis, all while following an academic programme. Oswestry (A) Won 7-1

Tranby (H) Won 9-1

Cokethorpe (N) Won 7-3
