Year 1 investigate floating and sinking
At the end of term, Year 1 were investigating floating and sinking.
Children made predictions using their knowledge of different materials and were challenged to make a boat using tinfoil that could float whilst holding twenty marbles.
There was great enthusiasm and excitement when the successful boats were challenged against each other some held over forty marbles!
Well done, Year 1!
