Pre-Prep Year 2s ready for Prep

In Pre-Prep, Year 2 pupils have been preparing for their Transition to Year 3 in the Prep school in September. Mr Findlay has delivered an assembly detailing what the pupils can expect in Year 3, and he also answered questions and discussed any concerns the children had.

Already, the Year 2s have been spending time in the Prep School, getting used to the woods and the areas they will be playing in in September.

In the coming weeks, pupils will also have the opportunity to meet their mentors, who are looking forward to meeting their mentees too.

Meanwhile, their PSHE lessons have covered transition and changes and preparing for a new year group and class teacher. Before September arrives, every Year 2 will have had a tour of the Prep School, and all the staff are very excited to welcome them.
