Life Outside Langley: Archie’s outstanding shooting exploits

Welcome to our new series: Life outside Langley. Where we are celebrating the incredible achievements of our pupils.

Well done to Archie and his outstanding shooting exploits!

At the weekend Archie went to a Clay Pigeon shooting competition where he scored an astonishing 96 out of 100! He also took the High Gun (top shot of the day). This really is a huge achievement for any shooter but to post this sort of score as a Colt (under 16), beating all the other competitors is really something. Archie is now ranked number 2 at Sporting in the UK in the Colts (under 16’s) category.

Archie has had some amazing wins in the last few months, winning the 50-bird Sporting event at the Game Fair in Warwickshire and the Men’s B Class, in the Colt’s class at Barrow Sporting Clays, scoring an impressive 91/100.
