Mentor-Mentee Morning

On Thursday 23rd June, our current Year 7 and Year 2 children met at our outdoor classroom in the woods to get to know each other in preparation for being mentors and mentees next year.

Will T and Emilia P spoke about qualities a good Mentor should have, and the children were put into their pairs. They then enjoyed a lovely time in the woods, creating a special bond that will hopefully help the younger children to feel more confident and supported when they join Year 3 in September.

Our Year 7 children were absolutely brilliant and really reassured the Pre-prep children, resulting in smiles all around.
