Farrah Daniels

Farrah Daniels brings almost two decades of experience in education, a strong track record of school leadership and a deeply held belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to achieve highly.

Farrah’s career in education spans almost two decades and has been shaped by one belief above all others: that a child’s background or starting point should never determine what they are able to achieve.

This conviction is rooted partly in Farrah’s own experience of growing up with limited opportunities. It has influenced the way she teaches, the way she leads and the expectations she holds for the young people in her care.

A science specialist by background, Farrah has worked in a range of senior leadership roles across secondary education. She spent five years as Deputy Head at North Walsham High School and previously held an Assistant Head role at Unity City Academy Trust in Middlesbrough. More recently, Farrah served as Assistant Principal at Wymondham College, where her responsibilities included improving pupil outcomes and the quality of teaching. Across these roles, she has developed expertise in translating ambitious strategy into clear, practical plans that make a measurable difference to pupils and staff.

Farrah’s approach to leadership combines high expectations with strong support. Academic excellence matters enormously to her, but she believes that a successful education should equip young people with much more than results alone.

She wants pupils to develop confidence in who they are, curiosity about the world around them and kindness and generosity in the way they treat others. For Farrah, young people should feel able to challenge themselves, take risks, learn from others, feel supported when things are difficult, and be celebrated as individuals.

Strong relationships are central to this approach. Farrah believes schools are at their best when every pupil is genuinely known, staff feel trusted and supported, and parents feel like true partners in their child’s education.

Her leadership style is grounded in clear expectations, openness and honest communication, with pupils, families and staff working together towards a shared ambition for every young person.

Farrah joins Langley at an exciting point in the school’s journey and sees a community with much to be proud of: a remarkable setting, dedicated staff, a strong sense of community and pupils with enormous potential.

Her ambition is to build upon these strengths, combining Langley’s academic ambition with genuine care for each pupil and ensuring that every young person is challenged and stretched to fulfil their potential.

She is equally committed to the wider qualities a Langley education should develop. Her aim is for pupils to leave Langley Senior not only well qualified and prepared for their next steps, but confident, curious and kind; secure in who they are and ready to make a positive contribution to the world around them.
