Langley School Senior Carol Service: A Celebration of Community and Spirit

At the beginning of last week, our school community came together for a heartwarming Senior Carol Service held at the magnificent Norwich Cathedral. This annual event has become a cherished tradition, bringing together students, staff, and families to celebrate the festive season.

The service commenced with a beautiful rendition of the Congressional Carol by Zara R, which set the tone for what would be an uplifting and memorable afternoon. Throughout the event, we were treated to wonderful readings by our pupils and students.

Musical performances played a central role in the service, showcasing the incredible performances from the Prep School Choir, the Senior School Choir, the School Orchestra, and our Chamber Choir. Each group performed excellently, delighting the audience with a variety of carols.

In addition to the musical celebration, the service also included a retiring collection in aid of EACH, East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices. This initiative reflects our school’s commitment to giving back to the community and supporting those in need.

As we enter the festive season, we hope to carry the spirit of this service with us, spreading kindness and compassion to those around us.
