Langley School Launches Leiths Academy Cookery Course.

We are excited to announce that we are now offering students the opportunity to study the Leiths CTH Level 3 Extended Certificate in Professional Cookery, which will be offered to our Sixth Form students from the start of the academic year.

This unique course is a recognised professional qualification with 12 – 36 UCAS points for Sixth form students to study alongside or in place of an A level. With hands-on, practical cooking, the course opens the door to many careers and teaches valuable life skills.

The Leiths Academy was first established in 1996 by culinary great Prue Leith, who wanted to bring the visionary Leiths School of Food & Wine ethos to students across the UK. Known far and wide, the Leiths School of Food and Wine is the gold standard in cookery schools and has become the most prestigious and respected school in the country.
