Langley Sixth Form scholarship deadline extended

There is still time to apply for our Sixth Form Scholarship opportunities as we have extended our deadline to the 28th of October 2024!

Here at Langley School, we are proud to offer both the Nelson Scholarship, in partnership with NelsonSpirit, and the Anthony Arthur Coward Scholarship.

Nelson Scholarship – a leadership scholarship aimed at students who lead by thought, word and deed. Assessed based on applicants’ Kindness, Curiosity, Confidence and Integrity (our Langley Values), it provides students with 100% Remission of school fees for their time in Sixth Form. Furthermore, recipients will receive tutelage from Nelsonspirit, a leadership social enterprise headed by Nigel Cushion – Nelsonspirit.

Anthony Arthur Coward Scholarship – following an incredibly generous bequest from the family of an ex-student, following his untimely passing, it is a fully funded, means-tested talent-based scholarship. Individuals who are exceptional in their chosen areas (which must include one academic area) are assessed in an examination and in an interview. Families must also submit to a means test to ensure that they are eligible for the scholarship.
