Our Science Department are holding a life-changing educational experience to Borneo in 2024 to learn about conservation, biodiversity, environmental protection and ecotourism. Borneo is home to the world’s oldest primary rainforest dating back 140 millions years, and is one of Asia’s most culturally diverse nations.
The trip is 15 days long, and open to those who will be in Year 9 and above. Students and Pupils will have the opportunity to visit the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, Bornean Sun Bear Conservation, Rainforest Discovery Centre, Kinabatangan Community Stay, the Forest Rehabilitation Project and tropical islands.
