Lovely Prep School Carol Service at St Peter Mancroft

The festive spirit was brought to life at the annual Langley Prep School Carol Service held at St Peter Mancroft, where the community gathered to celebrate the spirit of Christmas.

The service opened with a breathtaking solo performance by Miracle N, who led the audience in “Once in Royal David’s City.” The audience was invited to join in for the second verse, creating an uplifting moment of communal singing that resonated throughout the church.

Reverend Dr. Fiona Haworth guided the service, with pupils taking turns to read lessons between carols.

One of the highlights of the event was the enchanting performance of “Ding Dong! Merrily on High” delivered by the Senior School Chamber Choir. The collection taken during “We Three Kings” will be shared between Hawk’s House Charity, supporting Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, and St Peter Mancroft.

The Carol Service was a heartwarming reminder of community spirit, generosity, and the joy of the season.
