Langley School students set to fundraise for Little Lifts in the Great Norfolk Ice Cream Challenge

19th June 2024

This year, at the Royal Norfolk Show, a team of our Lower Sixth students will be participating in the Great Norfolk Ice Cream Challenge, fundraising for the charity Little Lifts.

The project, associated with NelsonSpirit, supports young people to practice their entrepreneurial skills, as they compete against other schools to sell the most ice cream. Whichever school makes the most profit, wins. For this ‘Apprentice’ style challenge, Ronaldo Ices Ltd will be partnering with NelsonSpirit and kindly supplying their tasty ice cream and fruit ices.

Our students have chosen to support the Norfolk-based charity Little Lifts, an organisation supporting people diagnosed with breast cancer. This charity offers patients thoughtfully handpicked items that they may need during their treatment, believing that these ‘small gestures can make a big difference’. All profits made will be donated to Little Lifts and their mission.

To help their cause, come along and buy an ice cream!

You can find Langley School at the Royal Norfolk Show at Stand 27, Second Drive.
