Langley Sixth Form Trip to Hampton Court Palace

Last week, our L6 history class embarked on an exciting trip to the historic Hampton Court Palace. Students had the opportunity to further their studies through an engaging tour as well as an insightful talk by renowned historian and author, Tracy Borman.

During their visit, our Sixth Formers wandered through the beautifully decorated rooms, marveling at the historical artefacts and rich tapestries. The intricate designs and furniture transported them back in time, making them feel like they were part of the Tudor court.

Tracy Borman is known for her engaging storytelling and in-depth knowledge of British history, particularly of the Tudor era. Our students were eager to hear what she had to share and her presentation was captivating. Borman’s insights allowed them to appreciate the details that they saw on their tour.
