Langley School Greenpower Team wins at Hethel

The ‘Langley Lightning’ team has won its first-ever event at Hethel, the home of Lotus!

We are thrilled that the team won both races in the Greenpower F24 kit car category, proving that the modifications to the car paid off as the car maintained consistent lap times throughout the day. The team has also been practising their driver changeover to ensure that they were penalty-free this time around, which contributed to their victory.

The team is looking forward to visiting the Lotus factory, which was the prize awarded for winning this event.

Congratulations to the drivers and a big thank you to the parents for supporting the team.

The next race will be against a wider field in the world finals at Goodwood in a few weeks. Good luck to everybody!
