Langley School’s Icelandic Adventure

Last week, a group of our Geography pupils concluded their incredible journey through Iceland.

Over the course of several days, they explored breathtaking waterfalls, trekked across glaciers, and marvelled at geysers—each showcasing the power and beauty of nature. During their trip, they also experienced life in Reykjavik, exploring the city together.

The journey also included a thrilling boat excursion through choppy waters where our pupils were lucky enough to spot dolphins gracefully leaping through the waves, followed by the majestic appearance of a whale! These extraordinary moments captivated the hearts of the group and showcased the unparalleled beauty of Icelandic wildlife.

From tumultuous winds to serene moments of reflection, this trip was a blend of adventure, discovery, and camaraderie. This inspiring experience left an indelible mark on each participant, who looked forward to sharing their stories with the wider school community.
